1. How long after purchase can I return the goods?

Thailand – Returns and replacement are accepted 15 days from the date of product purchase.

International – Returns and replacement are accepted 30 days from the date of product purchase.

2. Under what conditions can I request a replacement or return?

  • If a wrong order has been sent to you.
  • If there is any manufacturing defect in the product sent to you.
  • Please note that the product must be unused and bear all original tags and labels.
  • In the case of badges, the original packaging must be sent back to us as well. To be noted, we do not accept returns or replacements on customised badges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Who bears the reverse shipping cost?

The reverse shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the wrong order has been sent by BadgePack, in which case BadgePack will bear the cost..

4. What is the process of replacement?

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and runs through a quality check. Thereafter on approval by our quality control team, the refund will be reflected in your original payment mode within 15-30 business days.

5. How long will the replacement bag or badges take to be shipped?

Any replacements will be shipped within 1 business day after the approval at our warehouse.

6. How can I place a return request?

  • Go to 'My Orders and Returns' in your BadgePack account. Then download 'Return Order Form', Please fill in the customer details and write in the items that need to be returned from an order.
  • If you are in Thailand, please select Kerryexpress as your return Courier; If you from outside Thailand, please select DHL as your return Courier.
  • Confirm pick up address and a convenient collection time.

Please note: Cost for return shipping of goods will be borne by customer, unless BadgePack has shipped you wrong goods then ordered by you.

7. How do I register my bag for warranty?

At the title marked “Register your BadgePack”, please fill in the details requested. Once submitted, your serial code will be matched with our backend database and if all the inputted information is correct, you will receive a message letting you know that your product has been successfully registered, therein activating its warranty policy.

8. How much time do I get to register my bag?

You are advised to register your BadgePack within 15 days of your purchase, to make sure we are able to verify warranty activation on the product. If you register post 15 days of purchase, it may take us longer to verify your purchase.

9. What if I don't register my bag?

In the case you don't register your BadgePack, it makes it difficult for us to track the authenticity of your product and therein unable to provide warranty on your product.

12. How do I claim a repair under warranty?

13. How do I order badges?

After selecting from our categories of badges (embroidered, handmade, printed), you can choose from a wide list of available options. To further explore our other badges you can either scroll in our "all badges" section or use the filters on the left hand side to narrow your search to a particular badge you may be looking for.

14. How do I check the size of the badges?

Please read the description of the badge which will have its dimensions. Our badges range from 3cm in length to 40cm in length.

15. How many days will the badges take to be delivered?

Apart from our customised badges, your product will reach you in approximately 1-2 business days when shipped locally within Thailand. International Shipping can take upto 2 weeks.

17. Can I replace or return the badge?

Yes, you can. Please note that the reverse shipping cost back to BadgePack Offices will be borne by the customer. The badge should be unused and with all its packaging. Your refund for the same amount will be processed only once we receive the product and run it through a quality check.

18. How do I update my personal details in my account?

Please log into your account and go to the personal details section. After selecting the detail you want to update, click the required action such as Add/Delete/Edit and you may therein make any changes to your information.

Shipping

19. Is there flat rate shipping?

Locally our shipping rate works on the basis of weight of goods.

  • Upto 1 kg will be 100 THB
  • 1-3 kg will be 130 THB
  • 3-5 kg will be 150THB
  • Over 5 kg will be 250THB

If shipped internationally, DHL helps us calculate shipping on the basis of weight of goods being shipped and the distance goods are to be sent.

20. Do I pay duties when ordering internationally?

Yes, the custom duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

21. How do I get to know when my order ships?

You will get notified when your order gets shipped or you can simply track your order status from your account in the website.

22. How much time does it take to get my order delivered?

    Domestic
  1. Standard – 1-2 business days
  2. Express – Less than 24 hours
    International
  1. Standard – 15 to 20 days.
  2. Express – 10 to 15 days

Please note that shipping to remote areas and custom clearance may cause delays in international shipping.

24. In case of warranty/ returns or replacement who pays for return shipping?

The reverse shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the wrong order has been sent by BadgePack, in which case BadgePack will bear the cost. We request you to send the product back to us at:
